Scuba diving activities at the Saint-George Club are temporarily suspended due to disagreement between the Saint-George, the Lebanese government and the real estate developer Solidere.

A one-hour DVD documenting Saint-Georges\' battle to survive is available at the Club entrance.
A permit to construct a second pool on the Club forecourt has been applied for, but so far Beirut Municipality has failed to respond.
Besides private functions, the Club organizes public events such as live concerts and fashion shows, which are publicized here.
